At Do More, diversity isn’t just a word – it’s our strength. With 18 employees from 14 countries speaking 16 languages, our team embodies what’s possible when barriers are broken. Through our trainee programme, we collaborate with the City of Copenhagen and the Hotel and Restaurant School to provide people from diverse backgrounds the tools they need to succeed in the workplace. Yet, many face challenges like language requirements and lack of experience, leaving skilled and willing individuals without a chance. At Do More, we’ve found a simple yet impactful way to make a difference. For every five full-time employees, we welcome one trainee referred by the Copenhagen Municipality. With practical experience and training at the Hotel and Restaurant School, these trainees leave equipped with the qualifications and CVs they need to succeed.
