Bridging cultures 🌉 This is our colleague Kaylin Rujuan Wang. She is originally from China, has lived in Denmark for 9 years and works in Dynaudio’s Finance department at our headquarters in Skanderborg. Though not her normal domain, in celebration of Chinese New Year, Kaylin took on the role as introductory speaker and vividly shared the rich traditions and festive spirit of this annual holiday with all of our colleagues on-site. It was a wonderful opportunity to bridge cultures and learn more about an event currently being celebrated by billions of people around the world. Thanks, Kaylin😊

Did you know that we have a Dynaudio office in Kongens Lyngby, Copenhagen? Well, we do 😊 Among other things, it’s the home of our Audio Algorithm Team: The photo features 3/4 of our dedicated researcher team – Manuel Hahmann, Esteban Fuentes and Chloé Balmes – who are lead by Ning Cong (not pictured). This international mix of ingenious engineers collaborate with DTU Electro on improving current sound field analysis methods, and specifically work on creating the next generation of spatial audio in cars! 2025 is off to a great start! We’re so excited to introduce you to our new HR intern at the Skanderborg office, Sharomi Valantine Sharomi’s here primarily to help plan and facilitate our internal Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS), while also gaining invaluable insights into different HR disciplines. After moving back to Jutland from Copenhagen, she now joins our team until the end of the month. Sharomi is a graduate from the University of Copenhagen, gaining experience in Intercultural Communications and Language Psychology, which will undoubtedly provide a fresh and exciting approach to this year’s ESS!
