This past Thursday was dedicated to meaningful discussions on ESG and sustainability at Eltronic Group. Individuals deeply involved in our sustainability initiatives and communication efforts across the Group were brought together for an overnight meeting at Hotel Sixtus in Middelfart.   A special thank you to Peter J. H. Esmann from Siemens and Xenia Duffy for their enlightening talks on the global landscape and the urgent need for action. Their insights have sparked new ideas and reinforced our joint commitment as a Group to drive impactful change 🌍   Recognizing the energy sector's significant impact on the environment, we delved into discussions on greener solutions. Yesterday marked a significant milestone as we joyfully hosted a traditional 'topping-out ceremony' at our headquarters in Hedensted. This event served as a celebration of the completion of the structural phase for our new office and canteen building. It also marks the 7th such ceremony since 2000, underscoring our continued journey of growth. We extend heartfelt gratitude to our customers, business partners, and employees for their unwavering commitment and good collaboration, which has been instrumental in fueling our progress. 🙏🤝🌱   The upcoming 3,000-square-metre building has three storeys, can accommodate up to 190 employees, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Our annual report for 2023 has just been released. 2023 proved to be yet another year focused on investment and development for Eltronic Group. With robust product platforms and a solid organizational structure across all eight subsidiaries, the group achieved an increase in total revenue, reaching DKK 1.98 billion. "We are on a journey of growth and development, and over the past year, we have focused on areas where we are specialists and expanded them. The entire Group has solid businesses, ambitious customers, and employees with strong skills. We have once again gone through a significant investment year, and we will continue to use and extend the product platforms we have developed," founder and CEO of Eltronic Group, Lars Jensen says.     During the fiscal year, all subsidiaries grew into new markets, we expanded the headquarters and became more than 1,500 employees in total. 🙏   Looking ahead, Lars Jensen expresses confidence in the group's readiness for the future, where the green transition, with renewable energy, Power-to-X and X-to-Power, medical, infrastructure, and sustainable materials in industrial production, will be 'drivers' for the company's activities🌏🌱♻🚀 “Sustainable development is the cornerstone of our business strategy.
