🏅𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🏅 At Gram Equipment, we value the dedication and expertise of our employees, and Michael Jensen’s professional journey stands as a remarkable example, having been with the company for an incredible 25 years. When asked about his most memorable moments, Michael recalls a team event with a smile. "𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘳𝘰 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢," he shares. Like many employees, his time at the company has been marked by challenges and joys, but it’s clear that the sense of teamwork and shared experiences have left a lasting impression. Michael’s motivation to stay with us for so long is rooted in the opportunities for growth and change. "𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴, 𝘪𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵," he explains. Michael's role has evolved significantly since starting as an Electrical Lead in the workshop during the WCB Ice Cream days. "𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘐 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳," he says, reflecting on the diverse experiences that have kept his career dynamic and fulfilling. His journey showcases the value of adaptability and learning in building a long-term career. When asked about the skills he’s developed over the years, Michael highlights his proficiency with ERP systems, expertise in E-plan, and his ability to optimize electrical machine-building processes. "𝘈𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦," he adds.
