Smart Platform for Stakeholder Intelligence
Om os
Caliber is a stakeholder intelligence company. It provides businesses with actionable intelligence on brand and reputation that helps them understand their audience, communicate more effectively, and build trust. Caliber created the world’s only real-time, customizable stakeholder tracking platform, which shows companies what relevant stakeholders think and how they’re likely to behave – anytime, anywhere. Caliber’s Real-Time Tracker is the world’s most powerful online tool for continuously monitoring stakeholder perceptions. It surveys thousands of people every day and displays real-time metrics on a visually appealing, user-friendly dashboard. Caliber’s Real-Time Tracker also allows companies to monitor the impact of company activities and external events on their brand, reputation, employer attractiveness, perceived sustainability, and people’s engagement as customers, advocates, investors, or potential employees. That helps them make better decisions, adjust their strategies, mitigate crises, reach the right audience, and build trust. Because the platform tracks a range of stakeholders – including talent, professionals, and key opinion leaders – it is much more accurate than other tools for monitoring brand and reputation, such as media monitoring and social listening. Because the platform continuously tracks stakeholders, it is much more actionable than periodic research such as quarterly or annual surveys. Caliber’s stakeholder intelligence specialists also work closely with customers to translate their data and insights into actionable strategies and business decisions. What’s the one reputation challenge you believe will define 2025? 🌍 As the world grows more volatile, businesses are navigating uncharted waters: ⚡ Geopolitical tensions are forcing companies to rethink their stances. 🌐 Trust continues to erode in the post-truth era, leaving brands scrambling to stand out. 🌱 The ESG backlash splits organizations into "talkers" and "walkers." 💻 Deepfake technology threatens reputations like never before. From hybrid work battles to the rise of glocalized strategies, the year ahead promises both challenges and opportunities for those who listen to stakeholders and adapt. At Caliber, we’ve compiled the key 2025 predictions to help brands stay ahead of the curve. 💬 What do you think? What’s your top prediction for 2025? Share your thoughts in the comments—we’d love to hear your take on this too. #2025Predictions #ReputationManagement #StakeholderIntelligence

Don't wait for the 💩 to hit the fan before bringing comms into the room. In the season finale of our podcast, Hasbro’s CCO, Roberta Thomson, says companies should give their top communicators a "voice at the table" and involve them in strategic decision-making much earlier on. Having comms "help folks think twice about a decision that could have a negative corporate reputation impact" is always "better than having to manage the issue at the back end", she says. 🎄✨ What a way to wrap up an incredible year at Caliber! Last Thursday, we celebrated our annual Christmas Party, and it was nothing short of magical. Almost everyone made it, including Dario Menezes, who flew in all the way from Brazil, Svetla Filcheva and Casper Hamalainen, who both took a quick break from their maternity and paternity duties and even Ivan Rocabado who traded sunny Spain for Copenhagen hygge—all to share in the festive Christmas spirit. ❤️ 🚀 2024 has been a year of many milestones for us: ✨ Our team has grown yet again, with 8 more talented individuals joining us in 2025 (we're literally about to outgrow our Copenhagen office!). ✨ We launched Caliber Focus, a game-changing tool to empower Chief Communications Officers with deeper, real-time insights. ✨ We've added quite a few incredible brands to our client portfolio. The party was everything a Christmas party should be - a big pot of Gløgg, a competitive round of Bingo, a stand-up comedy that had us in stitches, and plenty of traditional Danish Christmas food—twice! Huge thanks to our very own Santa Clauses, Vladimir Verchinine and Shahar Silbershatz, for the thoughtful gifts, and to Jeannett Elmelund Olesen for being the ultimate party planner and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Here’s to an even brighter and more impactful 2025! 🌟

CCOs shouldn’t be thinking about how to win a “seat at the table” but how to *cement* it for their successors. In the latest episode of our podcast, Always On, Medtronic’s chief brand and communications officer, Torod B. Neptune, says his goal is to ensure CCOs sit in the C-suite for the next 25 years and beyond.
