Their tireless commitment ensures reproductive health services reach millions of women, reducing preventable maternal deaths and empowering communities worldwide 🌍 At GynZone, we are honored to contribute to this important cause in collaboration with UNFPA Mongolia. Through this alliance, we enroll 75 midwives, nurses, and OBGYNs in our specialized educational content on perineal repair. This training supports them in offering safer and more effective care after childbirth, perfectly aligning with UNFPA’s mission to reduce maternal injuries and enhance recovery outcomes for women. Quality perineal repair prevents long-term complications and allows women to heal with dignity and regain their health after one of the most vulnerable experiences of their lives. Minimizing tearing during vaginal birth with a perineal protection device - a Randomized Controlled Trial🤓 Join our 1-hour webinar for birth professionals on September 19th. The speaker is Kristin André, Medical Doctor with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology @Helsingborg Hospital, Sweden; and with the Department of Clinical Sciences at Lund University, Sweden. Kristin and colleagues from Helsingborg in Sweden have conducted a randomized trial to investigate the effect of a perineal protection device during vaginal birth. This webinar will focus on: • How midwives and doctors work with the perineal protection device • Effect of the intervention • Why are randomized trials important?
