Inspiring Days of Training and Knowledge-Sharing at Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S Jensen Lubricators! 🌍 Last week we had the pleasure of hosting a team from MIE Group for two days of intensive and successful agent training, led by our Head of R&D, Nikolaj Kristensen. With updated knowledge and new tools, M.I.E. is now even better equipped to represent Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S in both Cyprus and the UAE. It was a fantastic experience with great company and enjoyable moments in classic Danish autumn weather. Ensuring #marine engine stability with advanced cylinder #lubrication. As the #maritimeindustry adapts to low-sulfur fuels and slow steaming, shipowners face increased engine wear and unpredictable breakdowns. Ugland Marine Services tackled these challenges by partnering with Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S to implement the Lubtronic 2.0 system, achieving a 60% reduction in lubrication oil and stabilizing engine performance. “We’ve significantly improved cylinder conditions, especially under slow steaming,” says Terje Olsen VP Technical at Ugland. We are proud to share that we have obtained a new patent. The patent concerns our ability to control cylinder oil pressure in the common rail system of the HJ Smartlube 4.0. The oil pressure affects the droplet size in the spray emitted by our E-SIP valves. The droplet size, along with the scavenging air pressure, influences how the cylinder oil is distributed within the cylinder. The scavenging air pressure varies with engine load and by patenting the ability to adjust the droplet size according to the engine load, by controlling the pressure, Hans Jensen Lubricators A/S now exclusively can ensure optimal cylinder oil distribution regardless of engine load.
