On this Friday afternoon, we’d like to share some exciting developments happening right now at our head office in Ribe, Denmark, to take you into the weekend 🚛 A couple of weeks ago, we began demolishing our old warehouse across from our office in Ribe. The warehouse was previously a centre for trucks, but since we took over, it has served as storage for raw materials. However, with our growth and increasing activity, we’ve identified the need for a new approach. With a growing number of trucks delivering raw materials and picking up shipments every day, we’ve been working to optimise our logistics and storage capacity. That’s why we’re excited to start building new, modern storage facilities at the beginning of the new year! 🔧 The new facilities will help streamline our handling of incoming raw materials and shipment of all our products. It represents another step in our journey toward a more efficient production setup. We've completed several expansions and upgrades since our establishment just 4 years ago. CEO Jens Erik Kristensen was pleasantly surprised when LYNDDAHL Telecom was named one of the finalists for the EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2024 award in the region of Southern Jylland, Denmark, at their recent award ceremony 🎉 This summer, we were nominated for the prestigious competition, which annually celebrates companies focusing on growth, innovation, and leadership. EY Entrepreneur of The Year is held in over 60 countries and is one of the world’s most recognized growth awards 🌍 We were selected as one of only 5 finalists from a wide range of nominated companies across the whole region of Southern Jylland. Although we didn’t win the award this time, we are incredibly proud of our remarkable growth over the past 4 years and the recognition we’ve received as a finalist 💪 👏🏻 A big thank you goes out to the entire LYNDDAHL Telecom team – whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or have recently joined the journey. 🌟 Today marks a milestone for LYNDDAHL Telecom, as we strengthen our collaboration with ACOME by unveiling our refreshed look, symbolising our shared journey ahead 🌟 We’re thrilled to launch our brand-new logo today! This update builds on our original identity, while proudly integrating the ACOME Group tag - representing our strong connection to the French organisation, we joined earlier this year. While you’ll see our new logo rolling out, you may still spot our classic look on materials in use—like drums, signs, and other items. We’re committed to reducing waste by using up existing supplies before implementing new ones! ♻️ Our new logo will, of course, not impact or change how we operate as LYNDDAHL Telecom and our ongoing commitment to our customers, but we’re beyond excited for this visual show of dedication and collaboration as part of the ACOME Group family! 🎉

Since our founding, we've provided a “floating fridge” in each building so everyone could enjoy shared lunches and beverages. But last month we introduced a new food scheme. We now have the pleasure to offer our team in Ribe, Denmark, daily prepared breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and even meals for our night-shift production team! 🍽️ To keep everything running smoothly, we’ve partnered with the local municipality to bring on three flexible laborers. Our newest members of the LYNDDAHL Telecom family will manage the kitchen and serve fresh meals every day, by rotating shifts to cover both breakfast and lunch 🤝 With the new food scheme, we saw an opportunity to revamp and update our dining spaces to help strengthen inter-departmental bonds. We’ve therefore moved from three separate kitchens to a larger canteen, where our team can now gather and share meals together. We’re thrilled to have introduced this program and look forward to seeing it grow as we bring colleagues together over delicious food. The new kitchen team and our hungry colleagues are loving the journey so far—and we’re excited to see what they cook up next! 🥗🥘🍝

🌎 Over the past six months, we've been hard at work organising and establishing our factory in Belmont, North Carolina, with the support of many colleagues worldwide! Including John Danielsen, one of several of our Danish colleagues from the Ribe factory, who recently returned to Denmark after spending three months in the US 🇺🇸   John, with over 20 years of experience producing microducts and being part of LYNDDAHL Telecom since its establishment, has played an essential role in setting up the factory – both on-site and even before coming to the US. From overseeing and sourcing critical equipment like extrusions lines, water chillers, and compressors to collaborating with the American team to install them, John’s expertise was invaluable. 🗣️ "Both the American team and I have had to adjust to cultural differences and different ways of working, but we have assembled a skilled team at the factory - with a good mindset and approach to their work on machines that they have helped set up themselves. It has been a very positive experience", John reflects on his time in the US. Our Danish production is built on over 50 years of experience from LYNDDAHL, and we are committed to sharing that knowledge across borders to ensure our colleagues at LYNDDAHL Telecom America have the best foundation to succeed 🏆 And with talented colleagues like John, we’re well on our way!
