Key responsibilities:  • Team management: Lead and supervise a team of 5 officers working on Nature-based Solutions, Business & Biodiversity, Communication, Internationalisation, and Stakeholder Engagement. • EU project coordination: Oversee work plan preparation, implementation, and financial management. • Governance: Organise key governance meetings, liaise with Partners, and ensure smooth collaboration. We're looking for someone with: • A Master’s degree in social, political, or natural sciences. • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, including team management and project coordination in an international setting. • Fluency in English (working language) and French (working environment). • Strong team management, organisational, and communication skills.
