Ripple Residence is a prime example of how intelligent material selection, cutting-edge energy solutions, and a commitment to innovation can push the boundaries of modern real estate development and create an attractive business opportunity at the same time. Designed with modularity and longevity in mind, the building incorporates: 🌱 Cross-laminated timber construction—reducing emissions while ensuring structural integrity. 🧱 Upcycled materials—from granite tiles to stainless steel kitchen equipment, used strategically to maintain quality and efficiency. ☀ Advanced energy systems—geothermal heating, solar panels, and heat recovery for near self-sufficiency. ♻ Prefabricated elements—enabling efficient assembly, minimizing waste, and allowing for future disassembly or reuse. We don’t just build for today—we build for the next century. Ripple Residence showcases how ambitious real estate projects can align commercial success with environmental responsibility.

📣 Exciting news from Germany! Nrep and aam2core Holding AG have joined forces in a strategic joint venture, committing €300m to take on the German residential rental market, focusing on brown-to-green transformations in major German cities. This venture pairs Nrep's commitments to sustainable investment with aam2core's local expertise to modernize rental assets and create a sustainability-focused portfolio. A ‘brown to green’ approach will seek to transform older (1960s to 1980s) and energy-inefficient (class D or worse) buildings, with the aim of developing them into energy-efficient homes that comply with tightening sustainability regulations. This venture represents another step towards addressing unmet societal needs amidst urbanization, proving the investment value of customer-centric and sustainability-focused housing in large and growing cities.
