Have you met… Anna? First a nurse, then a student assistant, and now our soon-to-be full-time software developer at NET. How did that happen?!   It all began during a fateful night shift. Anna had started studying Computer Science at Professionshøjskolen UCN while still working as a nurse during afternoons, evenings, AND nights (with two small kids at home, mind you!). After a particularly tough shift, she took to LinkedIn and poured her heart out 📢. Multiple offers came her way, but luckily for us, Anna chose NET.   So, how have we managed to keep someone as talented as Anna on our team? We said “no thanks” to all that and embraced cozy, pre-holiday celebrations instead. Every Day SHOULD Be Churros Day! ⭐️🤤 This Tuesday at NET, it finally was! There’s nothing like warm churros drizzled with chocolate and topped with soft serve to spark laughter and spontaneous conversations. For a while, the office buzz was replaced by chatter about everything but work—proof that a shared treat is sometimes the best icebreaker. Taking time to connect across departments, chatting with familiar faces and new ones alike, reminded us of the joy in stepping out of routine. Because churros, it turns out, do more than satisfy a sweet tooth — they bring us together.
