👀Less than one in five shareholder-elected board members are women. A new analysis by DI - Dansk Industri reveals that 18.6% of board members are women, despite women making up half of the talent pool. The 2024 figures for boardroom composition are clear: 📊 Only 18.6% of shareholder-elected board positions are held by women. 📊 Just 10.9% of board chairs are women. 📊 Nearly half of Danish companies have no women on their boards. 📊 In contrast, only 0.2% of companies have no men on their boards. The study highlights that significant work remains to improve gender balance at the top of Danish businesses. At SelectionF, we are working to change these numbers!
