Technology Networking is a 42 year old, non profit association that promotes the dissemination and exchange of knowledge on manufacturing processes and materials technology through conferences, seminars, courses etc. Through technical knowledge sharing Technology Networking aims to support Danish industry's ability to create value in Danish society. Our goal is to promote interaction and networking between the industry both nationally and globally for the benefit of business and university development, knowledge centers and research institutes.

Last week, we had the honor of hosting the BIMS-2 course, "Understanding Mechanical Properties of Thermoplastics," at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. 👉 Over the two-day course, participants focused on the complex thermo-mechanical behavior of plastics, covering topics like visco-elasticity, non-linearity, creep, impact, and failure mechanisms. 🔎 The expert lecture by Vito Leo provided attendees with a solid foundation in understanding how plastics perform under various conditions, from brittle-ductile transitions to the effects of strain rates and temperature changes.
