We are hiring WELDER FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures, delivery and personnel • Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to team members • Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures • Quality control, welding work meets quality standards and project specifications • Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly • Regularly reporting project status to site and project management team • Participate in education programs REQUIREMENTS: • Certified welder in MIG-TIG as the foreman participates in daily work • Leadership skills for effectively delegating tasks to team members • Technical skills for interpreting welding methods and technologies along with technical drawings • Must have advanced level of English language skills • Must have a valid drivers license SALARY.: • Start salary is 28 euro/hour gross, 6/3 rotation • Free Accommodation including weekly cleaning and wifi • Free traveling from home country to and from location • Pension payment 10%, and 12,5% holiday compensation Please send your updated English resume and valid certificates to job@davai.dk
