  PRODUCTIVE VISIT FROM GREECE 🌍 Recently, Vestas aircoil had the pleasure of hosting Managing Director Nikolas Christodoulopoulos from Alme Marine SA, our distributor in Greece at our factory in Romania. 🏭   We had many insightful and constructive discussions about the Greek market and the cutting-edge cooling production processes at our Romanian facility. Nikolas was truly impressed by our modern factory and the smooth production flow we’ve established. 💡🔧   "It's always a pleasure to show our customers the heart of our operations. A factory tour like this reinforces the strong collaboration we have and the quality we bring to the market, explains Area Manager Peter Jørgensen, who was backed up by Global Production Engineer Buga Horea in Romania.   “It was a couple of very productive days, and we’re always proud to showcase our state-of-the-art cooling manufacturing facility to our customers”, Horea Buga concludes. 👏

TRANSFORMING INDUSTRY WITH DIGITAL TWIN TECH 🌐 At Vestas aircoil, we're at the forefront of innovation, participating in the CP-Sens project, which aims to make digital twin technology accessible for SMEs in the mechanical and structural engineering sectors.   The project is creating a user-friendly platform that combines sensors, simulation models, and real-time data to create virtual replicas of physical systems. This technology allows SMEs to monitor, analyze, and optimize their products and processes, leading to cost savings, faster innovation, and improved efficiency.😊   In our latest project update, we highlight the development of a new cooler designed to serve as the foundation of our digital twin. This journey focuses on simplifying complexity while ensuring our models accurately reflect real-world conditions.   “The idea of seeing our cooler come to life in a digital form and knowing it can change how we approach maintenance and efficiency is incredibly motivating,” says R&D Director Claus Hessler Ibsen.   For Vibration Engineer Bilal Ali Qadri “the challenge of creating a digital twin for a complex structure like a heat exchanger is what excites me.”   For Heat Exchanger Engineer Lasse Uhd Christensen, it’s about “getting the data! It’s exciting for me to gather the data we’ve talked about and planned for so long.”   Our approach: ✔ We focused on sensor integration to enhance data accuracy. ✔ Our team embraced the ‘Keep it Simple Stupid’ (KISS) principle, reducing the number of sensors while ensuring performance. ✔ Data collection will take place in a real-world environment, which is crucial for refining our digital models.   The work we're doing is just the beginning, and we’re excited about the future projects that will emerge from this initiative. DRIVING SUSTAINABILITY FORWARD - Vestas aircoil joins forces with Genua A/S leaders for CSRD kickoff.   We recently kicked off the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) initiative with esteemed representatives from Genua's umbrella companies, including Vestas industrial cooling ApS, OTV Plast A/S, PROTECT A/S, SPEKVA, and Frederiksen Scientific A/S, in collaboration with Ramboll Management Consulting.   This collaborative approach leverages our combined synergies to enhance our sustainability efforts and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. WE'RE COOLING DOWN - ONSITE 🌟 - a great story from one of our clients in the water treatment industry. 🌊💡   - At Vestas aircoil, we recently were faced with a challenging project for a valued client, explains Senior Sales Manager Alastair Bailey. Our team tackled their overheating CHP system issues with our cutting-edge dry air coolers. These new units boast superior efficiency, capable of operating up to 40℃ ambient temperatures.   Our dedicated team of engineers attended the site with a crane to remove the existing underrated air coolers. They seamlessly replaced the outdated coolers, customizing pipework to fit our enhanced and higher efficiency-rated dry air coolers.   The result?
