In this program, we are testing the incubator concept and working alongside our amazing pilot cohort to build a sustainable, fun, and relevant program for future participants. To celebrate this milestone, we want to introduce ourselves. ✨ Róbert Kutsera, Co-Founder. 🙎♂️ "As an avid world traveller, my journeys frequently take me to the skies above Denmark. With a professional background as an organizational developer and talent specialist, I possess a keen interest in unravelling the intricacies of complex systems and exploring fresh perspectives. My passion for cycling is unmatched—I relish the experience of navigating the world on three distinct bicycles, each offering a unique ride. My work centres on launching the careers of young professionals and fostering the growth of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). I have a particular affinity for embracing challenges that seem insurmountable, and I enthusiastically root for the underdog, finding inspiration in their resilience and determination." Agota Rahel Toth, Co-Founder. 🙎♀️ "I started off studying construction architecture, but somewhere along the line, I fell head over heels for product design. Been calling Denmark home since 2020. I'm all about entrepreneurship and tackling social issues, which is why I found my passion in social entrepreneurship. Been honing my craft as a UX/Product designer for a solid two years now, mainly lending a hand to startups and small companies. I've been an active volunteer in my country, and I strongly believe we are all responsible for making something good for our environment." Loránd Ladnai, IT Consultant. "I am a 19-year-old Data Science student at ITU. My academic journey in Data Science is complemented by an interest in literature and philosophy, which I actively engage with through reading and contemplation. Last year, I got into music production as a hobby, constantly refining my skills. My fascination with how we perceive music sparked my love for music-making. Additionally, I have recently delved into playwriting. My play, "Animalitas Animae," has received acclaim and been performed multiple times in Hungary. Currently, I am working on a volume of drama. With a dedication to professionalism and ongoing personal growth, I find joy in engaging in meaningful conversations over a cup of tea and savoring the beauty of nature." Big cheers to the team.
