As the leader of global demand planning efforts, Esben collaborates closely with solution management, sales and operations teams, leveraging AI-driven forecasting models to predict market trends and secure a reliable product supply for our customers. From navigating supply chain disruptions to adapting to evolving customer needs, he plays a crucial role in keeping our operations agile and resilient. His work on aligning #Hempaguard forecasts has been instrumental in ensuring the availability of one of our most sought-after and sustainability-focused product ranges.
