Location is okay but very busy traffic on the street. Front counter staff member was not friendly because at the time of check in he asked me what time I will be checking out which was not relevant at that time. Then I got a phone call at 9.50pm asked me again what time I will check out. Secondly the room cleaner left two large rubbish bags in front of my room which was not acceptable.

Everything is good.However pls consider noodles for breakfast ,this is a great idea for East Asian clients. Here are a few popular options you might consider: Instant Ramen: Quick and easy, with various flavors to choose from. Udon Noodles: Thick and chewy, often served in a savory broth. Rice Noodles: Light and versatile, perfect for soups or stir-fries. Soba Noodles: Made from buckwheat, these are healthy and delicious, served hot or cold.

I stay regularly at Sarina for last 10 years. Maybe the management is new but overall their service is good. Breakfast spread is good. Staff are courteous. Rooms are clean. I would come again in couple of months.

Room and service are wonderful! There are KFC,Shopping mall …very near..breakfast is very nice ,Coffee is amazing….Gym room is clean ! Next time I will choose again !

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food and other facilities are satisfaction. It was pleasant stay at Hotel Sarina.

Service was absolutely amazing. Staff were extremely helpful and really were the highlight of my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and would be made up promptly whenever I asked for it. Food was also very good. The only issue was the wifi connection wasn’t very good; sometimes it would stop working and I’d be left without wifi randomly, but it was mostly ok.

Good aircon! When ordering room service please be extra careful as they might make mistake. The hotel cleaner are trusted. Did put some important belonging in the room and there isn't any issue so far.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Conveniently located in Banani. Staff were attentive and professional. Rooms were fully functional which really is something in Dhaka.
