There's a fire show at sesun grill restaurant every wednesday night. Room is practical and my favourite is the balcony. Would love to return again!

Quite poor service from the beginning and so many staff don’t know English, no following schedule on so many activities. Wooden flooring tails on main swimming pool required change ASAP Hotel keep it clean .

The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the private balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The culinary offerings at the hotel were exceptional. I dined at several of the on-site restaurants, each offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether I was craving Thai cuisine, seafood, or international fare, there was something to satisfy every palate. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's infinity pool, which seemed to blend seamlessly with the ocean beyond. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind, with attentive staff on hand to cater to my every need. Overall, my time at the Hyatt Regency Samui was nothing short of magical. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and top-notch service made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I can't wait to return someday soon.

I like stay in hyatt regency koh samui. I checked in early because i arrived early in the morning and and they allowed me to enjoy the facilities at the hotel while waiting for my room to be ready to be occupied . Thank you hyatt.

The service of staffs are great. Recommend us good Thai massage and good restaurant to go. Cocktails at bar is very nice

I do not recommend this hotel with toddlers. Accessibility is an issue.nothing outside the hotel and beach is rocky.

The beach is rocky, and those who like to swim in the sea are unsuitable hotels.

It's a very beautiful hotel well designed and very good pool but the beach is not sandy beach is full of rocks actually and it's not comfortable for swimming but the pools are great
