Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. The room was clean and comfy. Would love to be back here again next time.

Good Value for money. Location is near british museum, lots of nice cafes and restaurants around the area.

Location is perfect for euston train station. Service is bad, Front Desk is mad all the time. The facility is old also, lift is small. the carpet seems like full of garbage, but they change it in the day i live in.

The manager on duty, was not particularly helpful or polite initially, after he thought about it, he was more helpful. Whilst I am grateful my problem was solved , it did leave a bad feeling. The head of housekeeping was much more amendable . Maybe they should swap jobs.

Very clean even small. Nice male waiter. But the female reception is a cheat. I requested the reception to help to call a taxi for my only one. But after 40 minutes，a private bigest car come with 6 seats， not the taxi. driver price double than taxi at final. Even the driver expressed unnecessary for me to order his big car. Cheated by the hotel reception. Shamed of lodon by the female.

Kindly upgrades room. Clean and best place to access to London central and train stations. This is the park view.

The room that we stayed is too small for the $ we paid and the bathroom has limited space too, water tends to spill over to the floor while we shower.

Hotel easy to get to via underground from Heathrow, on train and a 400m walk Check in is strictly after 2:00pm and as we were very early arrivals we had five hours to kill! Hotel looked after our luggage and we set off down Tottenham court Rd to Trafalgar Sq, Westminster, London Eye etc. it’s an easy walk to these places and even easier on underground The room was decent and not too cramped, the breakfast (included in our deal) was fine, great selection and all well presented, the coffee machine made good latte and flat whites. We never had dinner in so no comment there but we did sit in the bar and watch Euro 2024 football, the bar area is genteel but allowed atmosphere for the football. The location isn’t great for local restaurants, we struggled to find good dining but enjoyed the Italian and Greek food we had. Head down Gower St into Shaftesbury avenue and there are many nice eateries and atmospheric English pubs All in all I’d happily stay here again as it is good And value for money Fee

One of hotel room at 6/F has stinky smell. We requested to change room but the hotel just asked housekeeper to dry clean the washroom. Eventually I have to wash the floor by myself. The experience is not good.

near UCL. It's quiet in the center of London. There is a park in front of hotel.

Hotel location is good, about 5-10 minutes walk to nearby Russell Square Underground or Euston Rail station. Room is small but acceptable in price. Breakfast is highly recommended. Traditional English breakfast with many choices and refilled very fast.

Stayed a couple of nights on a weekend break, No complaints but a couple of suggestions : Could do with air con, room was very warm Would prefer proper shower rather than over bath. Breakfast was excellent and great friendly staff.

Basic hotel with good location: 5 min walk to Russell Square station, 10 min to Euston station. Bathroom was very small.
