All the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the young man who helped us to bring luggage to upstairs and the young lady offer to bring our luggage to downstairs for check out. Friendly andhelpful make the trips enjoyable. Thank you INDOOR OUTDOOR HOTEL for the good staffing.

The room is very clean. Equipped with aircond that able to blow hot and cold air..it is also a blessing that the toilet is equipped with smart toilet with heated seat and bidet (which is rare in the country).
The staff is very attentive and helpful in carrying our luggage to the room and down the stairs duri8g checkout.
Location is walking distance to guanqian road. It also have mini mart beside the hotel.. The hotel is also surrounded by good and delicious restaurant.. Definitely will book again next trip

Outstanding hotel that’s rather conveniently located near one of the tourist spots but in a quieter spot. The service was wonderful and the heated toilet seat was so good especially in winter… the staff is really very helpful and the place is spotless and really gorgeous too!

Very pleasant stay with convenient location!
The room is clean and beautiful, value-for-money! When arrived, was concerned with the staircases going to lobby & room, but the frontline staff was super helpful and basically fly over to help us with our luggage during both check-in & out, thank you! :)

very good location and alot of shops around that area. need to climb stairs to the hotel but the staff is very helpful to help us out to carry. a place i will go and stay again

Located at 10mins drive from the train station, 观前街 is perfectly located near the buzzing street for easy access to cheap and nice local delicacies. Staffs were extremely helpful and friend throughout our visits.
