      Waaree Energies announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, Waaree Renewable Energies Australia PTY Ltd, aimed at expanding its renewable energy business in Australia. The wholly owned subsidiary was established on December 6, 2024, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This move signifies Waaree's commitment to growth in the renewable energy sector.
