To make a veg omelette, you would need garlic, ginger, green chillies and jeera.
Add a sprig of mint and coriander leaves and a splash of water. Grind the ingredients.
In a bowl, take a cup of gramflour. Add the paste with turmeric, salt, hing, chaat masala and carom seeds.
Add water to make batter.
Pour a ladle of the batter in the pan.
Grate paneer and cheese. Add it to the omelette.
Voila, your veg omelette is ready.
