'Hamas, Hezbollah don't represent Iran': Khamenei warns Israel, 'We don't need proxies to attack…'

Amid the raging war with Israel, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei made a big statement on December 22. Making a public address after a long period, the supreme leader denounced the need for proxy faces. Khamenei stated that ‘Hamas and Hezbollah fight for their own beliefs and don’t represent the Islamic Republic’. Iran, Hamas & Hezbollah have been battling Israel and locked in a yearlong conflict with Israel since last October. Ayatollah Khamenei’s latest statement can however cause a shift in dynamics in the ongoing war.
