The buyback, at a premium of 12.6%, targets 10,28,881 equity shares, constituting 8.34% of the company's aggregate equity. Amidst strong financials, the company reported a 66% YoY growth in PAT and a 20% YoY increase in revenue in its Q4 results.

The third quarter revenue from operations rose 9% YoY to Rs. 854 crore. The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and ammortisation (EBITDA) rose 5% YoY to Rs. 261 crore in Q3FY24. The EBITDA margin dropped 100 basis points YoY to 30%.

Ahmedabad-based pharma company Concord Biotech received a tepid response from investors on the first day of opening its public issue. Only 58% of the issue was subscribed as of 5 pm on Friday. While the non-institutional investor portion was subscribed fully, 72% of the retail portion was subscribed. Qualified institutional investors (QIBs) barely placed any bids.
