The pavilion of Tallinn Art Hall in Lasnamäe now presents an exhibition featuring works by two prominent Moscow-born artists - Vladimir Yankilevsky and Valeri Vinogradov. Vladimir Yankilevsky, whose works are part of the world's leading museum collections, was a renowned alternative artist. The exhibition displays his works from three private collections, including the family collection. Master Valeri Vinogradov has received all major Estonian art awards. Though born in Moscow, the award-winning artist lives and works in Tallinn. As Vinogradov tends to avoid public attention, this exhibition offers a rare opportunity to discover his work. The exhibition "Vladimir Yankilevsky and Valeri Vinogradov. Elementary Forms and the Anatomy of Feelings" will be open until April 6, 2025. 📍 Tallinn Art Hall's Lasnamäe Pavilion (Jaan Koorti 24) 🗓️ January 24 - April 6, 2025 ⏰ Wednesday-Sunday 12:00-18:00 🎟️ Free admission

Is your Facebook account linked to your work email address? Perhaps you've also used that same email on a dating site? 📧 🔐 While it might seem convenient to use one email for both personal and professional matters, Telia's cybersecurity specialists advise against it. Why? Linking your work and personal life through one email can expose your employer's data to cybercriminals and create potentially embarrassing situations. For example, what happens if your employer has to deal with a persistent ex-dating partner? 🕵️♂️💻 Moreover, if a data breach occurs on a less-secure site where you've used your work email, the company associated with that email is automatically at risk. It's crucial for employers to remind their teams of this, as the consequences can be severe. Protecting company data and networks starts with being mindful of how we use our personal and work emails. 💼✅

At the corner of Tartu Road and Jakobson Street, a new hotel, Hampton by Hilton Tallinn, opened its doors just before Christmas. This is the first hotel in Tallinn from the international chain, featuring architecture and interior design that pay tribute to Estonia’s literary and historical heritage. For example, the concrete façade incorporates Estonian national motifs, the sidewalk tiles are adorned with lines of poetry by Marie Under, and the connection to Estonian cultural heritage continues throughout the hotel’s interior. Did you know the hotel is located on a historically significant site? The wooden house that once stood here was the childhood home of President Lennart Meri. It was also the residence of poet Marie Under, whose poetry now graces the sidewalks—a meaningful nod to the past. Be sure to stop by, take a peek inside, and enjoy their famous waffles. Welcome to Hampton by Hilton Tallinn!
