BCS KOOLITUS is an ICT training and consulting company, which offers services to IT users, specialists and managers. Our selection of services is varied: different refresher trainings, consultations, certifications and conducting development events in ICT. We offer a full training process starting from the assessment of training needs till measuring the training results. OUR MISSION is to be a long-term partner to our clients through seminars, consultations and trainings to put the IT-systems into effective use. We have been offering IT training and consulting services since 1993. We are situated in the centre of Tallinn, where we have six sophisticated computer classes according to the current demands and a theatre-type room for conducting seminars. Since 2003 we are offer our clients the opportunity to train their employees in a mobile computer classes via WiFi. The number of our full-time employees is 16 (including 8 lecturers) plus more than 100 partner lecturers. In addition to the title of a training centre, the school carries the titles of Prometric and ECDL worldwide certification centre. BCS Koolitus is also E-Governance Academy, Tallinn University Institute of Informatics and IBM cooperation partner. BCS Koolitus is an active member of lot of associations, like Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Estonian Qualifications Authority Estonian Association for Personnel Development.

Veetsime inspireeriva ja tegusa nädala Botswanas! 🌍✨ Koostöös University of Botswana Innovation Centre’iga korraldasime töötoa, mis on oluliseks sammuks projekti "VKE digivõimekuse koolitus- ja kiirendiprogrammi loomine, piloteerimine ja üle andmine Botswana Ülikooli Innovatsioonikeskusele" edasiminekule. Projekti eesmärk on luua ja rakendada praktiline täiendkoolituse ja kiirendiprogramm, et suurendada väikeste ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtete (VKE) võtmeisikute digivõimekust Botswanas. Töötoa käigus panime paika valmiva programmi järgmised sammud ja vastutusalad, lahendasime väljakutseid ja arutasime võimalusi tihedamaks koostööks tulevikus. Lisaks külastasime organisatsioone nagu Local Enterprise Authority, Ministry of Communications and Innovation, Ministry of Trade and Industry ning Euroopa Liidu Delegatsiooni Botswanas. Kohtumistel arutasime Eesti ja Botswana vahelise koostöö võimalusi digioskuste arendamisel. 💻 Osalesime ka Innovation Botswana Day konverentsil, mis pakkus võimaluse kohtuda kohalike innovatsiooni eestvedajatega ja tutvuda Botswana areneva innovatsioonimaastikuga. 🌟 Täname kõiki, kes andsid oma panuse selle nädala õnnestumisse! What an inspiring week in Botswana! 🌍✨ The co-creation workshop was more than just a meeting - it was a gathering of creative minds, bold ideas, and shared ambitions to advance SME digitalization. Organized in partnership with The University of Botswana Innovation Centre (UBIC), the workshop marked a key milestone in our joint initiative, the SME Digital Maturity Upskilling and Accelerator Program Development. Together, we charted a clear path forward for the development of the training programme, tackled challenges, and explored opportunities for long-term collaboration. 🚀 Beyond the workshop, we had the privilege of visiting key stakeholders, including the Local Enterprise Authority, Ministry of Communications, Knowledge and Technology, Ministry of Trade and Industry, and the European Union Delegation. 🤝 These meetings opened exciting discussions on future collaboration opportunities between Estonia and Botswana, particularly in advancing digital skills development. 💻📈 We also participated in the Innovation Botswana Day, where we connected with passionate changemakers and witnessed the dynamic innovation ecosystem that Botswana has nurtured. 🌟 A heartfelt thank you to Richie Moalosi, Agang K. Ditlhogo, Mavis Fredricah C Modise, Tebogo Ketshabile and Clare Thornley for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout the journey. ❤️ Your partnership has been instrumental in shaping this initiative and continues to inspire our shared vision for empowering SMEs. 🌍On the 18th of November, BCS had the honor of hosting a high-level delegation from the Kenyan Ministry of Information, Communication & The Digital Economy. Joining us were: 🔸 Dr. Margaret Nyambura Ndung’u, Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of ICT 🔸 Emmanuel Kata, Secretary of Cybersecurity, Ministry of ICT 🔸 Grace Obat, Advisor to the CS, Ministry of ICT 🔸 Cecilia Mutua, Director of Data Management, Ministry of ICT From the Estonian side, the discussions were enriched by the participation of Triin Kangur from ESTDEV, Sirja Sulakatko from TalTech, as well as Kerli Saarelaid and Anni Sild from BCS. During the visit, we introduced upskilling and reskilling initiatives in Estonia, which have been instrumental in fostering digital transformation. These initiatives are also highly relevant for Kenya, where digital skills development plays a pivotal role in driving economic growth. The discussions focused on potential areas of cooperation to strengthen digital competencies and foster innovation in both countries.💻✨ We sincerely thank the delegation for their time and valuable insights and look forward to building a strong partnership for shared digital progress!🤝
