After an eventful four days at the IMechE UAS Challenge Team Blue Sparrow has managed to secure third place in the overall rankings, along with the prize for airworthiness. We have faced many challenges, including broken drones, logistical problems, and plenty of all-nighters. Despite these, our team's enthusiasm and commitment to success remained unfazed, and was rewarded with excellent results. Our preparedness, attention to detail and robust design was further showcased by the fact, that even though our drone was the last to arrive at the competition site, it was one of the first out of the box, fully ready to fly. We thank each and every member of our team for their hard work during the project, which helped us to success! ✈WE ARE AIRBORNE!✈ During this week our drone has successfully completed it's first flight. There is still a lot to improve and fine tune, but we are on course to bring our best to the IMechE UAS Challenge next month!

Kätte on jõudnud lendamiseks imeilusad ilmad ning peagi saamegi Blue Sparrow taevasse lasta! Võistlus on kohe-kohe kätte jõudmas, ehk meie tiimi on ees ootamas kiired 40 päeva. Teha on jäänud veel palju, aga peab rõhku panema ka sellele, mis meie vapustav tiim juba ära on jõudnud teha. Nimelt oleme lamineerinud drooni kere ning tiivad. Oleme valmis saanud ka teliku ning tiibade sisse asetanud avioonikakomponendid.
