We have been discussing the imminent arrival of the Cyber Resilience Act for more than two years, and a few days ago it was officially published as Regulation (EU) 2024/2847. This is a remarkable milestone in product security, marking the world's first regulation of its kind. In simple terms: if you're involved in manufacturing, importing, or reselling products with digital components, the CRA is going to affect you—compliance is imperative! The CRA aims to unify cybersecurity rules across the EU market, serving as the CE marking for digital products. It covers a wide array of software and hardware products connected to the internet (either directly or indirectly).   Yesterday, our very own CRA expert, Terry London, shared his experience applying CRA for industrial devices at the seminar organized by the ITL Estonian ICT Cluster.

It's been a bustling few weeks filled with visits at Proekspert! 🙂 Just recently, we welcomed enthusiastic IT students from Püha Johannese Kool (St John’s School). As November quickly unfolds, we are ready to wrap up mental health awareness month at Proekspert with gratitude and new insights! 💡 This October, we took steps to prioritize mental well-being in the workplace by hosting a series of mindfulness sessions led by psychologist and mindfulness teacher Helena Väljaste. Every Wednesday morning, our team members were invited to join Helena for a journey into mindfulness, learning to take breaks and invest in their mental well-being.   The feedback was positive, with many appreciating the easy-to-integrate activities, highlighting how these sessions brought calmness, new skills, and valuable insights into their daily lives and reminded them that their employer cares about their well-being.    A huge thank you to Helena for guiding us through these sessions and to all our employees who participated and shared their thoughts afterwards. 👏   Let's keep the conversation on mental health going and continue supporting each other in every way possible!   #Proekspert #MentalHealthAwareness #EmployeeWellbeing
