We had an incredible time at sTARTUp Day, where we organized a keynote, two insightful seminars, and contributed to discussions on innovation and entrepreneurship! ✨
🔹 Side Event: Fueling Startup Growth Through European Innovation
🏥On January 29, we hosted a side event dedicated to European innovation and funding opportunities. Thank you, Luke Incorvaja, for the welcome speech from EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology. This was the Estonian Community Officer kickoff event, where Sven Parkel introduced his role and future plans.
🎙️ Funding opportunities presented by Friedrich Kaasik (EIT Manufacturing) 🏭, Triin Vakker (EIT Health) 🏥, Keiu Käära (EIT Food) 🍏, and Adriana Pacheco (EIT Urban Mobility) 🚗
🚗 Panel discussion: "Cities as Innovation Spaces" featuring Sven Parkel, Margot Roose💚 (Deputy Mayor at Tallinn City Office), and Raimond Tamm (Deputy Mayor at City of Tartu).
The panel discussion was truly engaging! 🌍 Cities are playing a growing role in driving innovation and bringing solutions to people—it seems like we’re all on the same page about this! 💡 Thank you for sharing your ideas and insights.
