  • 🚀 Wild.Codes won the Demo Day of YEP Startup Acceleration program! 🚀 Our CEO, Serge Lavrinchuk 🇺🇦, pitched our marketplace of vetted remote developers to expert juries – 9 VC funds. Among 6 fantastic startups, our vision for smart team scaling stood out. We’re taking home the top spot and a $25k non-equity investment from YEP Accelerator and Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund. The last 3 months were a wild ride! We had tons of 1-1 meetings with mentors and 15 investor sessions to perfect our pitch and supercharge the solution. Huge thanks to the YEP team, mentors, juries, and all the participants. • Feb 24, 2022. 3 years of full scale war. But for Ukraine, the war didn’t start that day—it had already been going on for 8 years since russia invaded Crimea. Since 2014, we’ve been fighting for our country, our freedom, and our right to exist. On that morning in 2022, we woke up to air raid sirens, explosions, and messages from partners and friends asking: “Are you safe?” Three years later, Ukraine is still standing. Still fighting. Still unbreakable. Our core team is in Ukraine. We’ve worked through blackouts, missile attacks, and uncertainty most can’t imagine—yet we keep going. Grateful for every message, donation, and act of solidarity—from all who refuse to look away. This war isn’t just about Ukraine—it’s about the world we all want to live in. A world where borders aren’t redrawn by force. Where democracy isn’t crushed by missiles. Where people have the right to live, build, and dream without fear. Ukraine fights for more than itself. It fights for the values that hold the free world together. On this day, remember what’s at stake. Stand with Ukraine. Defend democracy. Support the right to exist. #StandWithUkraine #DefendDemocracy #Freedom #russiaIsATerroristState

Startups don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because they 𝑟𝑢𝑛 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑦 before they figure things out. So why are so many still burning cash on expensive local hires, offices, and legal headaches? A growing number of founders are realizing this: Remote teams aren’t just a cost-saving hack. They’re a 𝑔𝑟𝑜𝑤𝑡ℎ 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑔𝑦. Here’s how the smartest startups are scaling faster while saving millions: 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠. $10K per employee, per year—gone. That’s $1M saved for a 100-person team. 𝐇𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫? Compliance. Payroll, taxes, labor laws—one mistake can cost you big. Smart founders get it handled upfront, saving $300K+ yearly 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐩𝐮𝐭, 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. Remote employees achieve up to 22% more in less time. For a startup generating $5M in revenue, that’s $1.1M in extra output. Total savings? Up to $𝟕,𝟏𝟖𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫. The best teams aren’t built in the most expensive cities anymore. They’re built 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒—with the right hiring strategy. 🔗 Want the full breakdown? Link in the comments

Too expensive. No control. Communication fails. I’ve had countless conversations with founders about this. The same myths about staff augmentation come up every time. Let’s break them down: 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡: “𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞.” ↳ Actually, it saves costs on hiring, benefits & infrastructure. Pay only when it’s a fit, no upfront fees. 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡: “𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥.” ↳ Augmented staff are just an extension of your team. You manage them as you would in-house devs. 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡: “𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧.” ↳ It’s 2025. Slack, Notion, and async workflows make remote work seamless. 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡: “𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫.” ↳ We don’t do smooth-talkers. We offer a 1-week trial so you can test the fit before committing. 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡: “𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤.” ↳ NDAs, strict vetting, and security eliminate concerns. The reality? The companies scaling fast aren’t stuck in outdated hiring models. They stay flexible, iterate fast, and ship faster. And the demand is growing. The staff augmentation market is projected to hit $𝟏𝟒𝟓𝐁 𝐛𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕. Businesses that embrace flexible hiring models are staying ahead. At Wild.Codes, we’ve removed possible risks, so teams can scale effortlessly, hire the right talent, and focus on shipping great products. 💬 Which of these myths have you run into? Or is there another one holding you back?

Dev retention in IT has been wild. From 7 out of 10 devs leaving in 2021 to better trends in 2024, we’re still facing unpredictability. According to the latest US Labor stats: → Job openings fell to 4.9% in Aug 2024 (down from 6.4% in 2022). → Hires and separations are also dropping—3.6% and 3.2%, respectively. Here’s the kicker: most dev departures are avoidable. Burnout, leadership gaps, and unclear roles are the culprits. 𝐅𝐢𝐱 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬. Our recent blog article reveals the 6 key areas to dig into: 1️⃣ Leadership 2️⃣ Compensation 3️⃣ Enablement 4️⃣ Teamwork 5️⃣ Development 6️⃣ General feedback Why does it matter? Learn what makes devs leave (and what makes them stay). Use these insights to shape your hiring and retention strategy. Smart leaders know: the next dev you retain could be your biggest innovation asset. 🔗 Full breakdown via the link in the 1st comment. #TechLeadership #Retention #DataDrivenHiring #ExitInterviews

  • Hiring isn’t just about skills—it’s about fit 🧩 The right interview questions can make the difference between a mismatch and a perfect hire. Want to refine your hiring process? Check out the 6-question framework that’s changing the game!

It takes 21-80 days to hire a software engineer. That’s 2 months your roadmap is on hold. Even in 2025, hiring the right talent—not just any talent—remains a challenge. The solution? Rethink how you interview. 💡 Imagine your interview as a hexagon. Each edge is a question type to truly understand your candidate: 🧩 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩: Break the ice, build trust. 🧩 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜: Assess personality. 🧩 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡-𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤: The “can you code” check. 🧩 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞-𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝: Align expectations. 🧩 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Communication, deadlines, team fit. 🧩 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: See how they think under pressure. One takeaway I’ve learned? Interviews are where mismatches happen—or magic is made. We break down these 6 categories in our latest blog post, with actionable tips for better interviews. 🔗https://lnkd.in/dN86Jz_H
