We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team in Tallinn. You will be part of our international People team to ensure that the employees in Estonia can use their full potential and help Inbank achieve its ambitious goals.


What will you be doing?

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with people leaders in Estonia, translating business needs into actionable people strategies. Support and provide expertise in key areas such as workforce planning, organizational and role design, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation.
  • Drive Leadership Excellence: Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and managers in change management, building high-performance teams, improving engagement, implementing best communication practices, and navigating complex team dynamics. Ensure alignment with Inbank’s approach to leadership.
  • Lead and Support: Guide a team of three (People Partner, People & Office Specialist, Office Manager) in supporting their daily activities to assist Inbank’s employees. If needed, be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved!
  • Enhance Workplace Environment: Ensure our office in Estonia is a vibrant and enjoyable place to work, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere.
  • Lead Initiatives: lead or participate in company-wide People team initiatives, such as developing mentorship programs, enhancing HR processes, and renewing our compensation strategy. Implement these and other initiatives within your region.


While we love challenges, we also have each other's back - you would be working in an international team together with the Head of People, regional People Partnership teams, Recruitment team and People Tech & Analytics Lead.


To be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:

  • HR Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in HR management, HR Business Partnership, or People Partnership, preferably in an international or matrix organizational setup.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capacity to navigate complexity and ambiguity, with a talent for prioritizing initiatives that drive business impact.
  • High Energy and Resilience: A proactive, can-do attitude with the stamina to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Estonian employment law.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English.
