Vok Bikes is on a mission to transform urban transportation.


We bring automotive-grade technology to build the most durable cargo bike for commercial use. Vok is a smart, sustainable, and safe vehicle used by both – large international corporations and small businesses – across Europe’s hubs, such as London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and, of course, our home base, Tallinn.


As cities and businesses face increased pressure to go green (understandably!), Vok Bikes is on a road to grow even more rapidly over the next years. Are you the right person to help Vok Bikes expand in the SME vertical in Europe?

  • Are ambitious yet humble, and ready to roll up your sleeves;
  • Have a strong sense of urgency for achieving your personal and professional goals;
  • Love to work with SMEs to help them achieve their goals for sustainable, future-proof and cost-efficient transportation;
  • Are an excellent communicator and have a deep understanding of how to help prospects smoothly along the process;
  • Have prior experience in a B2B sales role;
  • Have professional proficiency in English;
  • Are based in Tallinn or ready to relocate within 6 weeks.

  • Proficiency in either French, German, or Dutch.
  • Prior international work experience.
  • Prior experience in selling technically complex products.


🛠️ At Vok, you'll be working on 🛠️


  • Managing the inbound deal flow;
  • Providing information of products, pricing, delivery, warranties, and maintenance processes;
  • Preparing quotes;
  • Collaborating closely with other sales team members in Tallinn and London;
  • Collaborating with marketing on inbound pipeline generation, tracking, and reporting;
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to pass along user insights.

Since the very early days (in 2020, to be precise), we have emphasised in-house engineering, resulting in the creation of the unique 4Drive drivetrain, surpassing competitors in ease of ride and durability. Today, we prioritise customer support and unparalleled reliability, aiming to minimise the number of vans in city centres worldwide.


Today, we’re 24 people strong, have raised €6m and are on the path to profitability. Our home base is in Tallinn, Estonia, and our new sales development representative will mainly work from our office here in Mustamäe, where we also do the final assembly of our bikes. For 2025, we have a few internationally significant strategic partnerships to announce and plan for global expansion.
