Sales Manager - Baltics

Location: Tallinn

The Sales Manager - Baltics is accountable for providing management and direction to the field sales function for the identified branch territory. Specific areas of accountability include but are not limited to planning, budgeting, forecasting, customer support and supplier management.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Developing and executing sales growth activities to expand and defend business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Developing sales campaigns with Branch Manager by reviewing and accommodating company goals, developing incentive/reward plan, and measuring overall success of those goals
  • Providing excellent customer service by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and suppliers and serving as a point of contact for TTI sales management
  • Consulting customers to find the best solution in our portfolio and collaborating with the customer's purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs
  • Advising and participating in the formulation of large quotes by partnering with the salesperson, product management or equivalent
  • Maintaining market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts
  • Possibility of developing and directing an Outside Sales team by hiring qualified people

What You Bring To Us

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic component industry in sales and/or sales management. Previous supervisory/management experience required
  • Completed a professional technical and/ or commercial education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Expertise in sales processes and techniques with exceptional knowledge of company products and a willingness to acquire new knowledge on future focus product areas
  • You have strong analytical and sales methodology skills as well as excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Experience in preparing reports, business correspondence, articles and presentations
  • As a team player, you excel with your outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • You are willing to travel locally and have a valid Driver’s License
