Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and industry trends to drive performance and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and measure marketing initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, etc.). Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and improve marketing efforts. Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters. Conduct market research to stay current with trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior. Collaborate with internal teams, such as designers, developers, and content creators, to align marketing strategies with company goals. Manage the company’s social media profiles and communities. Lead SEO efforts to improve search engine ranking and visibility. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture prospects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.). Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and design tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Any specific certifications like Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of digital advertising platforms and a passion for data-driven marketing. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in media buying and digital strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or media buying, preferably with some hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms. Internships or project-based experience in digital advertising is also welcome. Certifications: Google Ads or Meta (Facebook Blueprint) certification is a plus but not required. Skills: Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of key digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret campaign data. Comfortable working with numbers and using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting dashboards.
