Backyard Egypt is Hiring Senior Property Consultant to Join our team immediately. Job Responsibilities: ● Assisting and consulting potential clients to buy and sell properties. ● Conduct calls to potential clients. ● Compare properties to determine a competitive market price. ● Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features. ● Promote properties through advertisements and listing services. ● Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties. ● Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions. ● Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller and ensuring client satisfaction ● Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met. Main Skills & Competences: ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Collaboration skills ● Time-management skills ● Real Estate knowledge and experience ● Independent personality Work Location: New Cairo OR Sheikh Zayed Working days: Sunday to Thursday If Interested send your CV to: career@backyard.ae
