Such a Summit! EVS Electrify! Egypt Summit Everything Electric. We had the honor to be a part of the summit that was specified for exploring the future of electric mobility as the 1st team to manufacture an electric formula student race car in Egypt and the MENA region! 🏎 In the Summit, we were invited to the Future of the Intelligent Transportation Industry Conference (FITIC 2024) in which we were privileged to get a certificate from the engineering syndicate, handed in by Dr. Tarek El Nabarawy, General Director of the Syndicate. In addition to shooting with multiple TV Channels, we had the honor to expose our EV and the team to the Member of Parliament, MP Martha Mahrous and multiple CEOs including Mr. Talaat El Sewedy. Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the closing ceremony of the Student Activities Leaders Competition (YLF - Youth Leaders Foundation), organized by the Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation under the theme "Building the Egyptian Student," held at the Greek Campus of the American University in Cairo in Downtown. The event was graced by distinguished figures such as HE Dr. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity, and Eng. Magid Osman, Chairman of Telecom Egypt. I was deeply impressed by the participation of students from 48 Egyptian universities, with projects spanning six key fields: Social Solidarity, Medicine and Public Health, Technology, Manufacturing and Design, Simulation Models, and Environment and Green Technology. This competition has positively impacted 420,000 students, reflecting the immense potential of our youth. My sincere thanks go to the Youth Leaders Foundation for empowering our students and equipping them with vital skills. Student activities are essential in shaping future leaders by fostering innovation and creative thinking, aligning with our vision for higher education and research. The innovative projects I observed demonstrate that our students are not only capable but also competitive on a global scale.
