Digital Planets is #hiring Senior Technical Engineer. About Job: This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Security Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network security, network engineering, cybersecurity, and information security tasks. As a Network Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. Job Details: -Implement and configure different type of switches (Aruba, Cisco…. Etc.) -Implement and configure different type of Firewalls (FortiGate, Palo alto, Sophos) -Implement and configure Mail Gateways such as (Forti Mail, Barracuda) -Implement and configure endpoint products such as (Kaspersky, Intercept X & Deep Security) -Implement and configure WAF product such as (Barracuda, Forti Web, Cloudflare) -Troubleshooting technical issues with our clients. -Prepare and deliver Documentation to the clients. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in communication engineering or computer or similar. 5+ years of network security field. -Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills. -Excellent knowledge of security concepts, including various kinds of vulnerabilities, exploits, attacks, -Any network certifications and specializations to back up that knowledge are highly recommended such CCNA or MCSA -NSE4 & NSE5. -Deep knowledge in switching and Routing -Experience and knowledge in Firewalls and mail Gateways. -Experience and knowledge in WAF, Sandbox & EDR. -Experience and knowledge in Microsoft. -Experience and knowledge in VOIP solution.
