El Sewedy Engineering Industries (SEI) is hiring Lighting Business Development Engineer Location: 6th of October Role Description: 1- Handle key opinion leaders (consultants and key accounts) to get approvals and recognition for our brand and products, by visiting and preparing required submittals, technical information, samples and presentations. 2- Prepare, distribute price lists of the products among sales and studies teams. 3- Study and quote special prices for special offers of customers upon request. 4- Provide technical support for the products and designing solutions for problems of different applications. 5- Develop markets’ analysis needed upon new products' launches. 6- Prepare and hold seminars to demonstrate the specifications of the products to customers, sales team, and branches' heads quarterly. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - 3+ years of Experience in the lighting industry is a plus. - Strong network with Consultants & key customers. - Analytical Skills, New Business Development, and Communication skills. - Sales and Business Development expertise. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. We're seeking the following positions to join our team in ElSewedy Engineering Industries SEI Location: 6th of October (Transportation is provided). 1- Pre-Sales Engineer (L.V & M.V Panels) Experience: 2+ years in L.V & M.V panels in both brands (ABB or Siemens). Worked on a large scale of projects. KSA market awareness is preferred. Responsibilities · Handle technical communication with customers. · Collaborate with Sales & Marketing departments to deliver complete solutions to the customer. · Prepare and present technical presentations to customers. · Study the received documents containing technical specifications carefully, get an idea of the type and volume of the work in the operation, project, or tender and the required delivery date, and make a work-study and a technical offer suitable for competition. · Study the company's products from catalogs for technical offers. · Present inquiries related to operation, projects, or tenders to the sales department. · Coordinate closely with internal sales and sales support to align solution design with customers’ business requirements. 2- Sales Engineer Experience: 2+ years in L.V, M.V panels, Lighting fixtures, L.V Components & Smart solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Wide network with Customers. Responsibilities · Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods. · Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, and provide relevant reports and information to his manager. · Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. · Make ongoing field visits to the area to find opportunities for sales, and gather market and customer information. · Communicate with customers to achieve the agreed-upon goals. · Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. · Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. · Research and identify potential customers for products or services. · Develop and update a list of clients and update relevant information held in these systems. · Monitor reports on the market, competitors, and the submission of reports and relevant information. · Make and participate in internal and external meetings with clients to identify needs, solve problems, and assist in business development.
