Icon Creations is looking for the following position, with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role at a digital agency. - Art Director: Job Description: - Responsible for executing the visual and final output, including all technical details, based on the Creative Director and Creative team’s conceptual ideas.  - Collaborates with the Account Management and Creative teams, actively participating in the creative process from inception.  - Develops creative execution ideas that align with both client and creative objectives.  - Works closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to ensure the creative output meets the client’s strategic goals.  - Proactively communicates with the Creative Director and operations team to keep deliverables on schedule.  - Participates in client meetings, creative discussions, strategy sessions, and presentation development.  - Maintains a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.  - Leads the visual components of creative work for new pitches.  - Provides direction during photo shoots, including pre-shoot preparation such as styling when needed.  - Guides the team through revisions, ensures quality control, and delivers final work on time.  - Takes full responsibility and accountability for the quality of all visual outputs.
