Available Opportunity-InfoSec-SOC Lead – Cairo . Duties & Responsibilities: -Lead and mentor the SOC team, including analysts and engineers. -Assign tasks, prioritize incidents, and manage workflows for timely responses. -Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for team development. -Oversee the detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents. -Coordinate with other teams to remediate incidents. - Perform post-incident reviews to improve future responses. -Design and implement effective security monitoring strategies and processes. -Ensure security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, etc.) are properly configured to minimize false positives. -Develop and update SOPs to streamline incident response. -Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack trends. -Integrate threat intelligence to enhance monitoring and detection -Provide regular reports to CISO on SOC performance and incident trends. -Document incidents and responses in line with internal policies. -Work closely with IT, compliance, and other teams to align security efforts. -Regularly assess and improve SOC operations and tools. -Implement best practices from past incidents to enhance preparedness. -Lead efforts during critical security incidents, ensuring effective response -Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools. -Collaborate with risk management to identify and mitigate security risks. -Ensure proactive monitoring and remediation of vulnerabilities.
