"Experiential Impact" principle reflects the unique journey we live as coaches with our participants, learning through the experience and impacting our team within Ihyaa and beyond. In this journey, we design an interactive environment for our participants to engage in the bigger community, empathising with others, generating ideas, and developing a project that drives positive change. While we have an experiential journey, we more importantly, enrich our teams and leave a long-lasting impact on them. We support our teams to question, generate thoughts, and open new horizons for exploration. We deeply believe that we have the right to wisely choose what's best for the situation and get developed through the process. For the first time Ihyaa Academy launched “Ihyaa Junior Career Summit (IJCS)”, an event for youth aged 15-17. The summit was designed to take the attendees in an exploration journey to introduce them to various career paths and help them make informed decisions about their future. ‎‏The summit presented a fair that introduced participants to a wide spectrum of career fields by providing the opportunity to meet with professionals in the different fields and have a conversation that answers their questions, widens their gaze and enrich their knowledge about the infinite possibilities. The fields were mainly under the umbrella of 6 main categories which are: ‎‏1- Engineering ‎‏2- Art ‎‏3- Technology ‎‏4- Business & management ‎‏5- Education ‎‏6- Healthcare The keynote speech “The path less traveled: Embracing diverse career journeys” by Yasmine Osama where she shared her experience moving between different fields and how developing an open mindset in career choice can lead you to infinite possibilities. The closing speech “Your journey begins” by Farid Abohadid was a reflection after getting exposed to the diverse options on how to craft your own path and preserve your compass meanwhile.
