We are excited to share our recent training session at Legrand, where we explored the latest innovations and solutions shaping the future of smart living!   The training covered: - Door Entry Systems (2-wire & IP) for the residential sector - Smart Home Systems featuring Connected Devices with Netatmo, My Home Evolution, and KNX - Hospitality Systems with UX One   It was an honor to host a group of System Integrators from Egypt and Libya, who are at the forefront of delivering solutions to their clients. On Valentine's Day, we wanted to highlight the success of our recent session, which focused on nurturing the most important relationship of all: the one with ourselves.   We were fortunate to have Dr. Amr Habib, a renowned relationship coach and former board member of the ICF Egypt Chapter, lead an engaging and insightful session. Dr. Habib shared actionable insights and strategies to cultivate self-compassion and integrate it into our daily lives. Legrand Egypt is excited to share the success of our recent elle legrand initiative of "Women in Leadership" training program, held on February 2nd and 3rd! The two-day workshop was packed with engaging activities, including insightful discussions about the unique challenges women face in leadership roles, and debunking common myths surrounding leadership styles. We delved into building high-performing, balanced teams and, most importantly, empowering our female colleagues to lead with confidence. What made this training truly special was the interactive approach, we incorporated role-playing exercises that allowed participants to act out scenarios, explore their feelings, and practice speaking up for themselves. It was incredible to witness the energy and enthusiasm in the room!  We laughed, we learned, and we grew together. We at Legrand Egypt firmly believe that gender inclusion at all levels, especially leadership, is crucial for our continued success. This full-day initiative provided people with disabilities the opportunity to experience firsthand the operations of our company. Empowering Our Team Against Violence Elle Egypt took a significant step towards creating a safer and more inclusive workplace. We hosted insightful sessions on Violence Against Women, engaging both our factory and head office employees.
