Yesterday, I had the distinct honor of moderating a panel featuring visionary leaders who are shaping the future of #Investment in Africa across sectors such as #microfinance, #logistics, #ecommerce, and #healthcare. Celebrating the power of public-private partnerships to enhance and digitize tourism promotion with the first of its kind use of technology to experience select ancient Egyptian artifacts in all their original glory. Under the auspices of His Excellency Minister of Tourism and Antiquities and with His Excellency Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and many other distinguished guests including the Governor of Cairo and the United Nations Resident Coordinator, #ProjectRevival was launched at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. 🌍 Strengthing Economic Ties Between Egypt & South Africa 🇪🇬🤝🇿🇦 As Moharram & Partners | Public Affairs and Strategic Communications (M&P) is the strategic partner for General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) , we had the immense privilege of attending the Egyptian-South African Business Forum, where we connected with various South African private sector representatives and engaged with esteemed colleagues from the South African Embassy and Trade and Investment South Africa (TISA). It was an honor to meet His Excellency Ambassador Amb Baso Sangqu who is at the helm of one of the pioneering global entities in the mining sector. Our enriching discussion covered upcoming projects and the potential for Egypt and South Africa to collaborate more deeply on economic development. The conversation was truly inspiring, uncovering immense opportunities for synergy and shared growth between our entities. This first of its kind #global initiative aims to bring ancient Egyptian #history to life through an interactive augmented reality experience at the Egyptian Tahrir #Museum and the National Museum of Civilizations. By enhancing visitor engagement, this project is set to significantly boost Egyptian #tourism, attracting both local and international visitors eager to explore the rich cultural #heritage of Egypt.
