Nesma Airlines was founded in 2008 as an investment in the aviation sector in the Egyptian tourism market. The Airline obtained hold on full operations and officially took the skies in July 2010. Nesma Airlines manages as a full-service carrier on domestic flights throughout Egypt and international flight services to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Kuwait offering a choice of travel between Business Class and Economy Class. Charter flights are also available upon request.

Nesma Airlines is hiring "Quality Assurance Supervisor". Job Description: Quality Assurance Supervisor is required to assist QA team in ensuring compliance with safety and quality aviation regulations while driving operational excellence across all departments. Key Responsibilities: • Support implementing and monitoring the company's Quality Assurance Program to ensure compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., ECAA, EASA, ICAO). • Assist in developing, updating, and disseminating quality assurance procedures and documentation. • Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings, implement corrective actions, and track improvements. • Monitor regulatory changes and advise the organization on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. • Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. • Assist in the company audit program and inspections of operational departments, including flight operations, maintenance, and ground services, to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. • Oversee and maintain the document control system, ensuring accurate and secure management of quality assurance records and regulatory documentation. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree. • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in aviation quality assurance, operations, or maintenance in a charter or commercial airline environment. • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and quality assurance processes. • Demonstrated experience in document control processes and systems. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
