Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and converting qualified leads into satisfied customers. You’ll represent our brand at industry events, engage with prospective clients, and showcase the unique value of our software solutions. From the initial introduction through to contract negotiation and closing, you will be the key point of contact who ensures prospects understand how our offerings can meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Research target markets, proactively identify potential clients, and qualify leads through discovery calls, online research, and networking activities.
Event Attendance & Networking:
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to meet prospective customers, grow your professional network, and increase brand visibility.
Products and Services Presentations & Demos:
Deliver compelling presentations and software demonstrations that address customer pain points and highlight solution benefits, both in-person and virtually.
Proposal Development & Follow-Up:
Prepare tailored proposals, respond to RFPs, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and scheduled meetings, ensuring prospects are guided effectively through the sales funnel.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system, keeping the pipeline updated and transparent to the team.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Collaborate with prospects to understand their budget, timelines, and requirements. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements and finalize sales.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Market & Feedback Insight:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer
