Ökoplan is seeking to hire the following position:
- Design Technical Project Manager, with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience (Code: TPM-01).
Project Manager required skills:
• Architectural, technical, and engineering skills during the design stage from schematic design to IFC
• Perfect and fully coordination between all disciplines (BIM Models), including tender documents
• Efficiency and quality
• Short & long-term planning
• Time management
• Resource management
• Multi-tasking
• Problem solving, physically, online, and by Navisworks
Management Part:
• Manage the client requirements, responsible for fulfilling all the project requirements
• Manage the project starting from the concept to IFC, by coordinating between team members
• Manage and participate in preparing the project time schedule as per the contract and the client requirements to fulfill all the submissions on time with proper quality and techniques, and follow up the plan weekly
• Manage and maintain the application of all applicable codes and regulations related to the project
• Manage and coordinate between the design/engineering team, subconsultants and the construction requirements.
• Prepare all progress reports regarding each project weekly
• Find solutions for any issues and decision-making
• Manage relationships with subconsultants and vendors
• Identify any potential variations and provide the supporting documents to the commercial department
Technical Part:
• Attend and coordinate all required meetings (physical/online)
• Ensure architectural design work is completed on time and adheres to the established specifications, standards, and national codes
• Review and coordinate between all disciplines
• Quality control, review packages before submitting
• Review and understand the project scope and identify any scope gaps
• Attended team meetings to resolve technical and project issues and review project schedules
• Invite and attend all required meetings during the design stages with all parties (client, subconsultants, specialists, vendors, suppliers, …)
• Improve the team's skills regarding the materials, technical, and systems used in any projects
• Prepare drawing lists and checklists for each submission to be shared among the team
