At Respiratory Gate Egypt, we are excited to announce a new partnership with Comen Egypt Comen, marking a major milestone in advancing respiratory care education across Egypt and Africa through the Africa Respiratory Care Association (ARCA). Together, we will enhance ICU practices and provide respiratory therapy professionals with hands-on training using Comen’s medical equipment. This collaboration is a perfect fit with our mission to raise the standards of respiratory care and ensure healthcare professionals are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional patient care. We are thrilled to welcome two esteemed professionals to the Respiratory Gate Egypt team. Eng. Moaaz Mohammed ,PRMG®, joins us as our Business Development Director, bringing a wealth of experience in driving growth and expanding partnerships. He is the founder of Trace for Integrated Constructions, a Planning and Cost Engineer at Intrade for Contracting, and a Senior Technical Office Engineer at Marota Developments, alongside his academic experience as an Associate Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering. Dr. Gamal Aslaman, EFICM, MRCP, joins us as our Medical Director, contributing his extensive expertise in intensive care and respiratory medicine. He serves as an ICU consultant with almost 15 years of experience in intensive care medicine. Together, they will help lead our mission to advance respiratory care practices across Egypt, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medical excellence. Welcome to the team, Eng. Moaaz and Dr. Gamal! We are excited about what the future holds.

Fundamentals of Respiratory Care course for Egyptian BsRC students.

Respiratory Gate Egypt has just wrapped up the first wave of BsRC students in our "Fundamentals of Respiratory Care Practice" course! This is a huge step in our mission to improve respiratory therapy in Egypt. We’re proud to now offer training programs that include not only graduates but also students, featuring hands-on sessions and clinical practice in respiratory therapy departments at various hospitals. As part of the Africa Respiratory Care Association (ARCA), we're developing more training programs to enhance respiratory care. Exciting times ahead! Day Three of the MV training course covered managment and monitoring of various pulmonary disorders on MV and emergency airway management. Our RTs were trained on handling different disorders, from emergency intubation to selecting the optimal parameters for each patient using complex ICU scenarios.
