Smiley’s Group - Sales Representative (HoReCa) Location: Masr El Gdeda Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary: We seek a dynamic Sales Representative for the HoReCa sector to drive sales, build client relationships, and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target potential clients in hotels, restaurants, and catering services; build and maintain client relationships. • Promote and sell the company’s products or services, including food and beverages, equipment, and supplies • Develop sales strategies, promote and sell products, and deliver presentations. • Analyze market trends, stay informed on industry developments, and identify business opportunities. • Complete and process contracts accurately and timely. • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction; collaborate with internal teams. • Maintain records, prepare sales reports and forecasts. • Represent the company at events, engage with industry associations. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HoReCa. • Skills: Strong industry knowledge, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, able to work independently and in a team. Smileys Bakery is hiring a Bakery Manager * Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Manager located in Cairo, Egypt, at Smiley's Grill & Smiley's Bakery. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for managing daily bakery operations, supervising and training bakery staff, monitoring inventory, scheduling deliveries, creating menus, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role. -Experience in managing a bakery, including production and management of personnel. -Ability to multitask, identify priorities, and delegate accordingly. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as customer service expertise. -A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. -Knowledge of bakery industry regulations and trends, including relevant laws and regulations. -A high school diploma or equivalent, and any relevant certifications or degrees in food service management or a relate.
