“The Law” is a parent company with six different child services offered to our clients, with two services already available and the other four are in the planning process to be launched soon. We are keen to serve two different cohorts: the students and graduates from the law faculties in Egypt, and the Egyptian law firms or professionals. Our quarterly magazine “The Law Magazine” is the opportunity for students, graduates, and professional to write under the same umbrella for the legal field to read in Egypt. It is an opportunity for the students and graduates to market themselves as good calibers to be employed in the different law firms. And an opportunity for the professionals to market themselves and their firms to other corporates or individuals in need of a legal advice or service. Moreover, the annual conference “The Law Talks” is the networking opportunity among the students, graduates, and professionals. A place where you get the best benefit by introducing yourself professionally to the law firms and corporates. Our courses provided by “The Law School” targeting law students and graduates, it is a learning opportunity to bridge the gap between the academia and the real-life through learning beyond the university boundaries. However, our marketing agency “The LawBot” is targeting the legal professionals and the law firms. To raise the bar of competition among them, here you can brand your firm and capture every opportunity to reach the potential customers, whether offline or online through the help of our marketing gurus. We do offer website creation and management, social media managing, and content creation. Our legal translation service provided by “The Law Translations” targeting lawyers and firms that need to translate their contracts and the offered languages are Arabic, English, and French. Our legal recruitment service “The Law Recruitment” filters the calibers’ CVs and perform the interviews to send the caliber to the suitable law firms. The Law Magazine is Egypt’s first national glossy professional magazine published exclusively for the Egyptian legal profession. Growing rapidly since its inception, the magazine reaches tens of thousands of Egyptian legal professionals. It now circulates 5,000 printed copies quarterly, also circulates digitally, and comprises a staff of 43 members. The Law Magazine provides educational material and covers Egyptian legal news, commentary, law firms and business trends for law students and legal practitioners. Dubai, UAE – November 14, 2024 Dubai Arbitration Week 2024: Exploring Judicial Influence on Interim Measures in Arbitration Aikyam Law Offices hosted a compelling panel discussion titled "Arbitration’s Judicial Ally: How Courts Shape Interim Measures in India, UK, and DIFC." This thought-provoking session delved into the crucial interplay between courts and arbitration, exploring how judicial systems influence interim measures and shape the landscape of dispute resolution across three prominent jurisdictions: India, the UK, and the DIFC The panel brought together leading voices in arbitration. Tom Montagu-Smith KC, a barrister at 3 Verulam Buildings, offered a deep dive into the UK’s perspective, while Parnika Chaturvedi, a partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, shared strategic insights from her global practice. Shanelle Irani, of WilmerHale, added her expertise in international arbitration, complementing the jurisdictional focus with global trends. Representing Aikyam Law Offices, founder and principal Daksh Ahluwalia provided an in-depth analysis of India’s approach to interim measures, alongside counsel Ashish Joshi, who emphasized practical applications and emerging challenges. Vardaan Ahluwalia shared practical expertise as his experience as General Counsel of Premji Invest.
